Recently did a 12 hour low n slow pulled pork. Used Pork neck from Costco, dry rubbed with paprika, salt and pepper. Let it run at about 110 Celsius the whole time. Let it rest for an hour wrapped in the esky before demolishing it on fresh bread top buns with some slaw and BBQ sauce.
