What would be on your menu for a romantic dinner?

A similar topic was started on another forum I was reading, and I thought it'll be a good idea to start it here to get all you talking (so many lurkers)

If you're planning on cooking something special for your significant other, what would be on your menu?

I'll kick things off.....I've never done this before, but this is what I think I'd do, simple does it I reckon....

lots of wine to start things off....

Entree/Starters
Oysters
Brushchetta
Olives with pickled octopus

Main
Seafood Pasta (crab, prawns, scallops, in a red sauce with basil, garlic, chilli, etc)
A small piece of meat to accompany the pasta - steak, chicken, pork belly, etc on the side. with your favourite sauce

Dessert
Strawberries dipped in chocolate

extra dessert
